SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Tous.com different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method to Second Day for faster delivery. Business days are Sunday-thursday, excluding federal holidays within Israel.

We currently ship all over the world by International shipping & local shipping .

Local Standard Ground shipping - (7 business days) for 20 israeli shkels
Local Express Ground shipping - (2-3 business days) for 50 israeli shkels

OUR RETURN POLICY
Articles are accepted for return credit or exchange if returned in unworn, saleable condition within 14 days from the purchase date as shown on the packing slip. Full refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
No refunds or returns can be made at omama jewelry. Customized and modified pieces are considered final sale and can not be returned or exchange
Fragrances, cosmetics, and discounted pieces are also always final sale, and not eligible for return or refund
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
All returns must be sent to our Return Service Center at the purchaser's expense with the original packing slip / certificate of authenticity. Return addressslips have been provided together with your packing slip for your convenience.
To secure proof of your return we recommend that you always save the receipt from the courier of the fact that you have handed over the parcel.
Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund to you.
TRACK YOUR ORDER AND VIEW HISTORY
When you have an account at omama jewelry, you can track your orders by visiting "My Account" and clicking "View my orders". There you can view your past orders or view the status of your current order. Create an account now.
If you don't have an account, please contact our Customer Service Team who will do their best to inform you about your order status.
PRODUCT INSPECTION
Please note that you bear the risk for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your statutory rights and remedies you have the responsibility of inspecting your products for any faults and, in the event, giving us notice of any complaints. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price and all shipping cost when our Customer Service Team has handled your return. You also have the right to keep the defective product and ask for a reduction of the price.

We endeavour to have all offered items in stock. In the event that ordered items are out of stock, we reserve the right not to accept your offer. You will be informed by e-mail and any payments will of course be refunded.
